  We go here A LOT, the service always awesome, just ask for Maddie. The food though always comes out amazing!! Always hot and they get the orders right. We get the '2 for $20' which has two entrees and an appetizer so it's a great date night value.. As for the restaurant itself, it's very clean and well maintained, same goes for the bathrooms.

  First off I will give credit where credit is due, the food at chilis is great you honestly can't beat their cheese dip it is great and their new corn on the cob is great so food is usually great here. The reasons this review gets only 4 stars is first off when you walk in it usually takes about 3-5 minutes for them to seat you. The next reason is that often times there are twenty booths and tables available but you have to wait to be seated for some reason I know they say it is the waiters schedule but just move it around and you can seat a lot more people I have actually walked out of here 5 times in the last two years becuase of that reason and everytime there are at least five tables or booths available. Next is the wait you have to wait a long time for the food. Granted its not to bad because I enjoy sitting there in but for most people I think that would be annoying. The two main reasons however I am leaving off a star and actually considered leaving off two is that one I asked for a rare steak when I ate here and I got a medium steak not medium rare medium. Next when the waitress came by she said how is everything I said the food tastes good but the steak is definitely not rare and she just said "sorry" and walked off and never mentioned it again I thought that was very rude. All in all a good restaurant with good food with a staff that needs more training but are still nice people I still recommend this restaurant because of the food and atmosphere also the waitress was really nice otherwise and even gave us to go drinks and she may have just forgot about the steak because she was serving so many and was so inderstaffed this resteraunt could use at least two more waiters.

  Awesome service and the food was great. Much improved over the past year. Have had less than great service in the past. I have to say our last three or four visits have been pleasant.
