  Amazing food, had a group of 9 and every single person's food was great! Sweet potato fries, french fries and a corn dog, fried frog legs, chicken strips, chicken fried steak, cheeseburgers, fried pickles, potato skins...all wonderful! Best place by far in Hot Springs for food. Our service has been fantastic and everyone was extremely friendly. This little place is a MUST go to! They batter all of the stuff themselves and their pies are homemade and you can absolutely tell they change the grease they fry anything in daily. Amazing and anytime myself and my family returns to Hot Springs we will return.

  We had the worst experience ever on 3-10-2017.
  We arrived with another couple at 6:30 pm. We ordered about 20 mins later. We watched people come in order eat and leave while we waited an hour and a half. We asked about our order and was told that it was put in. While we waited there was a disagreement with some other customers about under cooked fish and a fight ensued with the owner and cooks pushing and yelling the family out the door. We felt trapped and just wanted to leave. The owner Rosy yelled at our waitress and made her cry. I asked to pay the bar bill so we could just leave.
  You could smell the stink of our food across the room and was told it was up. It was slung on our table and it was the worst smell. My husband crab legs smelled and looked like it was floating in sewer water and the sea bass I ordered stunk and was surrounded in what looked like a cup of olive oil. My girlfriend grilled chicken salad was oily lettuce with sliced greenish white tomatoes. Her husband food never came and neither did the sides we all ordered. I could not force myself to look at the food or smell it. We told them so. The owner slung the plates off the table and spilled the stinky stuff on my girlfriend and myself and told us there would be 15% added to bar bill for uneaten food. We paid our waitress the bar bill and she was crying still. This was a nightmare. We have been going to Jason's for years. I don't know how this place has sunk down so low. They need to just close the doors. We will never be back. We finally left at 9pm and went to Jose and had excellent food and service.

  The worst food, worst service, and rude managers. My family and I will never go there again. We waited 2 hours for food that was not edible. Steak was raw, ribs were burnt, and we never got all our sides. NONE of the food was good. This place doesn't even deserve one star. Vickie Vance is not lying... this was the same night 3-10-17.
